Getting Started Is Easy
Here are the five steps to starting your remote team with Remotely Philippines.

Step 2. Drafting the proposal and contract
Once we’ve discussed your requirements, we’ll prepare a proposal outlining the services that your team needs. A contract will be sent when we come to an agreement on all the details of our engagement.
Step 3. Finding the right person for your team
Our team will proceed with sourcing, recruitment, and hiring to find the best person for your staff. At this stage, we’ll finalize the contract as well.
Step 4. Onboarding
We’ll send you a comprehensive checklist of what we’ll need from you to kickstart our engagement.
Step 5. Evaluating performance
Our manager-in-charge will make sure that we meet your expectations through ongoing performance reviews.
